在godaddy申请退款和恢复

这几天在godaddy经历了从申请到最后退款的过程，真是有惊无险，最后完美解决。

首先是前几日我在godaddy申请了一个新域名，golden-aaa.com，然后看到空间很便宜，而且折扣很大，于是心头一热，直接申请了，一切都挺顺利，godaddy的流程都是全自动的，我用paypal付款，不到两个小时，空间什么的都全部到位了，于是兴致冲冲的去调试，结果发现在中国，godaddy的空间简直慢的让人无法接受，事前也听过，godaddy曾被瓷器国的网安部门封过一段时间，尽管现在已经开放了，但瓷器国自身的网络本身就是一大局域网，国外的接口非常有限，慢是肯定的。

于是乎，手贱，去godaddy里的订单管理里，cancel掉了，但当时连之前的域名都cancel掉了，而且选择了“cancal now”，回头再回到管理项里，发现我申请的域名和空间都没有了，这些都是帮一个朋友代申请的，丢了，这钱难倒？

godaddy提供24小时电话，可惜身在瓷器国，跨洋长途那可是～～～，然后再下面有个“online support”，提交我的问题，等了好几个小时也没人回复，难倒他们没有邮箱？

登录paypal发现godaddy提供了一个客服邮箱“billing#godaddy.com”，于是写上了我的问题，用我在godaddy注册的邮箱发邮件给他们，内容大致如下：

Dear godaddy staff,
My Customer Number is 485XXXXX ,
I've canceled the order 45959XXXX and 45958XXXX5, So Would you help me recover theses items, or I'll request a refund of the canceled products .

And I will buy it again ,thank you very much!

很快godaddy回复了，要求提供pin，原文如下

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. In order to recover the domain, please reply to this email with express permission to do so and your four digit support pin. We would be able to issue an in-store credit for the cancelled hosting account with which you could purchase a new one.

As you have canceled your services we will be issuing you an In-Store Credit to your Go Daddy customer account. An In-Store Credit is an account credit that can be used for any future orders by selecting In-Store Credit in the shopping cart. These funds cannot be used for Automatic Renewals.

Please reply to this email with your confirmation to process the In-Store Credit for the canceled hosting account.

Please use the instructions below to locate the 4-digit Support PIN for your account and include the PIN in your reply.

1. Click the 'My Account' button in the upper left corner of your screen.
2. Under your name you will see 'PIN:' with 4 blue, underlined asterisks. ****
3. Click the 4 blue, underlined asterisks.

Note: For verification purposes we will require that you provide the PIN in your reply.

意思说的很明显，首先你需要验证你的用户资格，必须将你账户后面的那四个pin号码告诉godaddy，然后才会和你谈下面的内容，于是我就让他们恢复了新注册的域名，空间删除了就没办法回复，他们建议你申请退款并且重新购买，因为空间太慢，只能选择退款了。

godaddy会要求你提供付款时候的信用卡，我的回复如下：

I pay it by my paypal account:XXXXX@vip.qq.com.

my credit card is:5203 8212 XXXX XXXX

当一切完成后，他们就会退款了，速度很快，5分钟左右，我的邮箱里就收到了paypal的通知，告诉我账户里有退款。至此，问题完美解决。
